Who is Eligible to be a DCG Student Ambassador?

• Current 9th-11th grade DCG students
• Anyone interested in helping underclassmen and new students become a part of the DCG HS family
• Able to represent DCG in a positive way

What is it?

Student ambassadors will be the representatives of DCG High School. They will help make DCG high school easier for new students to navigate and get connected. They will help plan and run new student orientation, give tours, and be a point of contact for new students.

Events

• DCG HS Preview Day- Spring event for incoming 9th graders
• New Student Orientation- New students and/or incoming 9th graders in August
• Open House Night- Assist students/parents in finding classrooms
• First day of school- Wear shirts, visibility, help students to their classes, help at lunch
• Transfer student tours/first day point person- Meet new student at the start of their first day, help student get to all of their classes, eat lunch with new student, acclimate to Advisory/AO system
