The Dallas Center-Grimes High School Jazz Bands competed and placed at the Paul Mckee Jazz Festival. Jazz 1 and Jazz 2 had exceptional weekends and should be very proud of their performance! Jazz 1 earned second place in Class 4A. Jazz 2 also placed second but in the Second Bands Class. Along with the group rewards, individuals were acknowledged for being outstanding soloists. Ahren Ervin, Archer Ervin, Nathan Fitch, Quinton Oberender, Holden Quandt, and Patrick Schmitz were all recognized. Congrats to all who performed and keep up the hard work and determination!
